SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed during our regular business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am EST to 4:30pm EST, excluding holidays. We strive to ship all in-stock items within 2 business days.

All shipments are trackable using carriers such as CanPar, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post.

All Canadian PO Box addresses will be shipped using Canada Post.

We make no guarantees in terms of delivery times and accept no liability (financial or otherwise) for unexpected shipping delays due to weather, seasonal high-volume periods, lost or damaged shipments, or other courier related issues.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. All pricing, shipping rates and taxes are shown in Canadian dollars.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders of $150 before taxes and discounts are eligible for free shipping within Canada excluding Newfoundland, Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, and Nunavut.

Free shipping does not apply to any sale items, Royal Canadian Mint products, currency, coins, silver, bullion, or jewelry.

Shipping for Canadian orders under $150 and all orders to Newfoundland, Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, and Nunavut will be calculated using Canada Post rates.

Local orders may be picked up at our warehouse by appointment during regular business hours at 129 Hagar Street, Welland, Ontario. You will receive notification when your order is ready with complete pickup instructions.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include any import duties, tariffs, customs clearance charges, handling fees, VAT or other taxes that may be required when your shipment arrives at the destination country. These fees are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your local import laws and restrictions before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 15 days of delivery at your expense. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any exchanges and returns.

We will only accept items for return or exchange that are unused and in their original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

Returns will be processed for refund or exchange once your merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Important: We cannot accept returns which are improperly packaged and reach us in damaged condition and do not have the RMA number included on the box. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return merchandise in the same packaging that you received it in. Your return shipment must use a means of shipping that includes parcel tracking.

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us as soon as possible at coinstampsupplies@trajan.ca with your order number and a photograph of the original packaging and the enclosed item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will gladly refund your original and return shipping costs if you return an item due to an error that was our fault. Please contact us for an RMA number.
