Assembled by our team at CWS, our popular Worldwide supplements feature stamps issued by countries worldwide. Just so you know, despite our best efforts, not every country that issued a stamp in 2022, for example, is featured in the supplement.  As some countries may only issue one or two stamps a year, it may take years before that country has enough accumulated for a full page. For 2022, we offer two versions – the base, which features 63 countries on 208 pages. Our second version is 228% larger – featuring 153 countries on 474 pages. Have you ever thought about how the popular CWS worldwide supplements come together? The supplements are not magically assembled or are provided to us via a third party.
Instead, our team at CWS invest hundreds of hours each year combing through numerous websites and pulling together stamps issued from countries worldwide. After gathering the stamps, our creative team invests more hours compiling the stamps on pages for each country.
The end product is an attractive layout of stamps by country. CWS has been doing this for decades with a strong following, and we thank you for your support.
Just so you know, despite our best efforts, not every country that issued a stamp in 2022, for example, is featured in that year’s supplement. As some countries may only issue one or two stamps a year, it may take several years before that country has enough accumulated for a full page.
With the 2021 supplement, we decided to “catch up” to ensure we had stamps up to 2019, 2020 and 2021. This is why the supplement increased from an average of 150 pages and 60+ countries a year to 430 pages in 2021, featuring more than 100 countries.  With the 287% increase in pages, combined with skyrocketing paper increases, we also had to increase the price.
Based on the feedback we received from customers and dealers, for 2022, we have taken two approaches. We are returning to the “base” supplement, which is 208 pages – 39% larger this year than our average base.
Our second approach is an expanded 2022 version featuring 474 pages and 153 countries – 228% more than the base.
